Negotiated rates, not fixed ones
Each client can have its own rate card: fixed, per-km, per-hour, or a price agreed trip by trip. The price is frozen onto the booking when it is agreed, so renegotiating a contract never rewrites history.
One conversation per order
Client, dispatcher and driver in the same thread, with status changes woven in where they belong. Nothing gets decided in a WhatsApp nobody can find again.
Invoicing and collection
Per-trip or batched by period, with VAT, partial payments and cash as a first-class flow. Reports show what is billed, what is collected and what is still outstanding.
On-demand booking
A code issued in advance is enough: the rider enters it, a driver is matched automatically, and they track the trip. No account to create.
Bad coverage, intact data
The driver app writes every position to the phone before sending it and replays the queue when the network returns. A tunnel does not leave a hole in the trail.
